Care Instructions.

Hand wash or machine wash on delicate or hand wash cycle, cold water only,  using a half cap of baby shampoo. Tumble dry on Low for 20 minutes, remove from dryer and lay flat to finish drying.

To refresh tumble dry on low for 5 to 10 minutes.

Repairs

We believe that no Hand Knit piece from Hania New York should ever end up in a landfill or the back of your closet, and that it is our responsibly to help them last a lifetime. That starts with impeccable craftsmanship and continues with our commitment to make any repairs during the lifetime of your garment. Items with small snags, moth holes, etc. can be sent back to our studio anytime to be repaired free of charge. Larger modifications or repairs may incur a charge depending on yarn and labor involved.

Shipping

Hania New York ships via UPS Ground. Shipping is complimentary for made to order pieces.

Return Policy

All pieces are made to order and may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We cannot cancel an order for a refund after it is placed and in production. Items generally go into production within 48 hours of being ordered.

If for any reason an item does not work out for you within 7 days of being received, your purchase may be returned if unworn and in as new condition for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

STORE CREDIT EXPIRES AFTER ONE YEAR.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email sales@hanianewyork.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the garment.
