• Loro Piana Yarn

Our Italian LP Cashmere fibers are delicately collected once every spring, when the animals naturally shed their coats on the eternal desert uplands of Mongolia.

These goats inhabit climates with extreme changes in temperature between day and night, as well as between seasons. This makes their
cashmere ideal for use in winter and during transitional seasons, as well as on cool summer nights.

Loro Piana Cashmere has an almost silky feel and is outstandingly soft & fine, measuring around 15 microns for adult cashmere.

  • Todd & Duncan Yarn

Our Scottish TD Cashmere fibers are collected from cashmere goats each spring when they shed their winter coats.

To survive winter, the goats develop wonderfully thick coats made up of coarse outer guard hair and a fine, soft undercoat. Our Scottish yarn suppliers use only the finest fibers – the white, downy undercoat that runs from the throat to the belly.

Only undercoat fibers of a particular length and thickness produce the highest-quality cashmere garments.

  • Cariaggi Lanificio Yarn

Our Italian CGC Cashmere fibers come from several areas in Mongolia. Living in a habitat where there are significant temperature changes between night and day, allows goats to develop a finer, more prized undercoat known as down.

Processed in Italy, using leading-edge technology, the extraordinary properties of lightness, softness and temperature adjustment (with a natural insulating power of up to 10 higher than wool), make the Cariaggi Cashmere perfect for any season.

“Think of fine cashmere like wine you can wear: it only improves with age, it will go into bloom through time, wear, and washing.”
