We cannot cancel an order for a refund after it is placed and in production. Items generally go into production within 24 hours of being ordered.

If for any reason an item (not custom made) does not work out for you within 7 days of being received, your purchase may be returned if unworn and in as new condition for store credit only. Please email info@hanianewyork.com and process your return accordingly. HANIA will reply you with a credit invoice once item is received and approved for return.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email info@hanianewyork.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the garment.
